Quadriplegics are one of the most vulnerable groups within the disability sector. Those who are discharged to rural communities without any support or guidance structures have little chance of surviving the first year – the only dreams available are often nightmares of pain, isolation, poverty, abuse, and death. The Associations’ outreach, Rural Development, and Rural Capacity Building Programs offer a hand of hope and independence to those who so desperately need it. We cannot do it, however, without serious funding partnerships.

This document is developed to offer an easily referenced insight into the Association, from humble beginnings to a promising range of meaningful projects, budget forecasts, and relevant administrative documents that will assist you with your decision on.
